Every VM-1 is configured with independently temperature-controlled sections, so a single machine can serve flowers and frozen goods without compromise.
Designed for speed: a customer can select, confirm and pay before they'd have finished typing a card PIN elsewhere.
The customer presses the blinking LED button of the item they want. The selected LED stays steadily lit, and the Cancel and Confirm buttons on the central console begin flashing.
Pressing Confirm displays the item and price for 10 seconds, then generates a UPI QR code. The customer scans, pays with any UPI app, and the product is dispensed automatically — cabin doors open and close on their own, with audio guidance in English and local languages.
Red cancels before confirmation; white cancels anytime up to a successful payment, returning the machine to idle. Once payment succeeds, the item is dispensed without exception.
